Drew Vogt 

Drew was born and raised in Hereford, MD and went to Hereford High School.  In 2009 he graduated from Dickinson College with a bachelors degree in International Business and Management. He currently lives in Baltimore and works for NH Yates, a manufacturers representative. He considers Baltimore to be the greatest city in the world and is very excited about building We Are One 365 awareness in the city he loves.

Mike Kirby

Michael also grew up in Northern Baltimore County where he attended Hereford High.  He graduated from the University of Delaware in 2009 and immediately moved to Rehoboth Beach, where he co-founded a solar sales and installation company, CNC Solar.  After being in business for two years, he moved back to Baltimore to open CNC’s Maryland office.  Aside from working out and playing pick-up basketball in his free time, he is an avid reader and professional jigsaw puzzler.  His favorite quotes include, “You are not entitled to anything,” and “Everyday I’m puzzlin’.”

Tim Rahauser

Tim was born and raised on the campus of Mercersburg Academy in Mercersburg Pennsylvania.  He attended Mercersburg Academy for High School and then went on to Dickinson college where he received a B.A. in American Studies.  He is currently working in Development at Western Reserve Academy in Hudson, Ohio.  He also serves as the assistant varsity Soccer and Lacrosse coach at Reserve.
