Today I did a four mile run along with an abs workout.  It was a struggle to get started but after the first mile it felt good.  I recently signed up for a half marathon, so I am slowly increasing my mileage from my typical 2.5-3.5 miles a day.

CEO, Matt Wood, also showing his support today by running 5 miles.  His run was done in Washington DC.

Good Evening We Are One Nation!

I hope you all have been surviving the cold weather that has been plaguing the East Coast this past week. Down here in Baltimore our hearts and bodies have been warmed by the recent AFC Championship win over the New England Patriots. In an effort to stay active, even during the coldest week of the winter, Team Baltimore took to the streets for a nice run around our Federal Hill neighborhood. Our 3.2 mile jog took us down around M&T Bank Stadium and back up to the top of Federal Hill for a gorgeous overlook of the Inner Harbor.

All of us with Team Baltimore hope you have a good week in the lead up to the Super Bowl. If any of you are in the Baltimore area feel free to let us know, and to join us for watching the game!

Hi Everyone,

This week I shifted my workouts to the afternoons/evening.  It has been freezing cold in ohio all week along with snow fall last night.

I did three miles on the treadmill followed by an upper body work out.  It was a great workout and a great day.

Before the Ravens played the Patriots on Sunday, Drew Vogt, Dan Valerino, Jason Cimino, and Chris Diller took a 3 mile run around Federal Hill and the inner Harbor.  It was a beautiful day for the workout that was capped over by a great Baltimore victory.

Ohio/ (This week Indianapolis)

This week I am in Indianapolis for the National Coaches Convention.  Today I was able to access the Hotel gym for a 2.5 mile run and a quick lift in between afternoon sessions.  After spending a full day learning how to motivate players on the soccer field, it was only right to motivate myself to run and lift in between sessions.

In addition, I received a picture from, WeAreOne365 Founder and CEO, Matt Wood by the Potomac River.  He did a 5.5 mile run by the Kennedy Center today. Thanks, Matt!

It was a big weekend here in Baltimore with the Ravens miraculous overtime win yesterday. The city is bleeding purple right now with support for the Ravens popping up all over. On a run this morning Mike Kirby and Drew Vogt incorporated a visit to a giant Ravens logo painted on Federal Hill. The run was a 2.5 mile run with hill runs in the middle during our stop at Federal Hill.

For Thursday this week I rented a tennis court at the local indoor tennis center.  I was happy to get out and get my workout by playing tennis with two players on the the High School tennis team.  They are both great players and it served as a great alternative to going to the gym.  I hope to do this more often.

Compared to what our military members go through, its pathetic. But I must say, waking up at 6 and going for a 5 mile run in 10 degree weather is not fun. Regardless, I’m glad to be healthy enough to be going out there and breathing in that cold, dark air. On an 8 day running streak and feeling great.
