Things have been a little hectic as many members of the 365 team have been traveling around the globe. Nevertheless, we have not been slacking on the workouts. Team Tuesday first. 100 push ups. 4 sets of 50 different ab sets. Then 50 more t-push ups. Tiring during it but very happy afterwards.
Day 261: Team Wednesday
3 mile run with the new found love for 100/100 afterwards. 100 push ups and 100 sit ups. Keeping toned up during this off season.
