Hi everyone.

Late post due to some unforeseen family circumstances down in Boston but it was good to get my blood flowing yesterday morning before the rest of the day was spent with my husband helping him recover from his surgery.

I went for a 30 minute run in Needham, MA. Very hot and sticky but always great to get a sweat going early in the morning.
