Moving even deeper into our spring racing season, we were down in Washington, D.C. this past weekend for the George Washington University Invitational.

The course is right next to Georgetown, on the Potomac:

I was lucky enough to have an incredible fan section:

We raced Georgetown in our first race and just beat them over the 2k course with a time of 5:35. In the afternoon, we raced UCSD and were able to improve our time to 5:30. Hope you all are enjoying the week and getting in some good workouts.
