Today was our final practice in Ithaca before we fly to San Diego for our first races of the season. We did some practice starts, a few race-pace pieces in preparation for the upcoming weekend. Nick is going to drive down from L.A. to spend a few days with me and the team and I’m pretty pumped to get to hang out with him.

In non-rowing related athletics, I was lucky enough to go to the Sweet 16 NCAA Tournament games in Boston last week with my Dad, sister (Granite Girl Lauren) and her husband Lil’ Timmy.
