Day 123

 My workout today involved a combination of several things.  I warmed up on the treadmill for 10 min at a brisk walk with a steep incline and then moved into a much more invigorating workout.  Although the Karwoski Men are very well versed at this next exercise, I still have some work to do!

Rowing!! In my opinion, one of the most challenging exercies there is.  You work so hard for a relatively short period (2:00min) and after still feel as though you are going to die!!   I did a combination of rowing for 500 meters, then 20 kettle ball swings with a 20lb weight and finishing off the series with 10 box jumps on the smallest box. I did four rounds of this, my second round being the best.  My fastest 500m erg time was 1 minute and 58 seconds.  If I was part of the Cornell rowing team, I wouldn’t stand a chance but for me, it was a great sweat and I will be sore tomorrow!! I finished it off with some ab exercises!
