I have some very unfortunate news. Nick Karwoski who has been fighting through several injuries has incurred a serious injury that will prevent him from continuing the 365 Day Challenge. Nick will remain a part of the We Are One 365 team and we wish him a speedy recovery.

Nick will be sending out a post later this evening or tomorrow going into detail about his situation, but the organization has decided to continue the 365 Day Challenge as a team. At least one member of our team will go for a run each day of the year and submit to this blog to continue our daily commitment to raise awareness of the daily sacrifice made by our military and their families.

I completed our first run on behalf of our organization today down in Orlando, FL on vacation with my family in Disney World. I did an evening run for about 30 minutes wearing a We Are One 365 dry fit.
